Paul Baloche is someone that needs no introduction to the worship community. In fact, his songs are more than likely some of the very anthems that your church might be belting out on any given Sunday morning.

Years ago, when I was 16, I attended a worship workshop in Ottawa featuring Paul. That weekend left a huge impact on me which helped shape my heart and worship ministry. Then in May 2009, our church hosted Paul Baloche and his amazing band (Carl Albrecht, Michael Rossback, Ben Gowell, and Chris Springer). What struck me the most about our time together was noticing that Paul is the same behind the scenes as he is in the spotlight. Authenticity and sincerity are what I use to describe him.

His face has “Authenticity” smeared all over it ;)

Now I know that this particular series is focused on blogs and websites, so I will introduce you to Paul’s site, LeadWorship.com.

LeadWorship.com

From his thoughts on worship to the free songbook, it’s a valuable resource for the church that I always refer back to.

Paul’s a great guy and if you want to follow a leader, he’s the guy you’ll want to follow. He’s a great example to all of us.

Agreed – Paul is a treasure and the church is better because he’s a part of it.
