My First Experience with an iPad 2 – Thanks Future Shop!

So it’s Monday afternoon and I am out doing some groceries. I couldn’t help it no longer – I had to check out the iPad 2. I stopped in at my local Future Shop and now I’m writing this post from an iPad 2. Only problem, I can’t find a way to upload some screen shots, so I am using my 1st gen iPhone.

Well, this post was for pure fun. I turn 30 this year, so maybe if there is anyone who wants to bless a brother, I’ll receive it and gladly put it to great use!

Hey Jon! It’s Tracy (as in Tracy & Michael ) and I always meant to ask if you got an iPad since you are a big Apple fan! I bought the first iPad in the fall and I love it. I use it really more for quick browsing and especially for when I’m traveling by bus back to Niagara to visit family — easy to pack and full of things to keep me entertained. I love the VLC player on it, it’s amazing… and of course all of the games… and many great art programs. Given the collection of Mac products that Michael and I own, combined, it wasn’t a necessary purchase, but it makes life just that much more fun

Tracy!!!!! Thanks for the comment. It’s definitely made for consuming media but it stretches way beyond that too. I love that about Apple products! It’s been too long. We’ll have to hook up for dinner soon

i have the 2, pretty awesome, I have it mainly just for fun the software that i use for work is in no way available for the ipad, but i use planning center on it.
